Does miosenso.com sell or rent its mailing lists ?
No and Never. miosenso.com is very concerned with our customers' privacy. Therefore, we do not sell or rent any of our mailing lists in order to protect that privacy. Please refers to Terms & Conditions for details.

How can I place an order ?
Only several easy steps have to be taken. Please take a look at the Shopping Tour, for a detailed introduction.

How can I check on the status of my order ?
Just simply click the order status button and enter the order number. The status will be shown clearly.

How do I know my order has been confirmed ?
Upon receipt of your order, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address provided. Please keep this email as a checking reference.

Can I cancel an order ?
Yes, if you want to cancel an order which is made mistakenly, please contact us.
However, since the delivery will arranged quickly, it may not be possible to stop your order. In this case, please refer to our Return Policy and follow the instructions of returning a product.

What currency do you accept ?
All prices on this site are represented in Hong Kong dollars. For international order, please check with your local bank and credit card company about the currency exchange rate on the date of purchase.

How can I pay? What credit card do you accept ?
We currently accept the following: Visa, MasterCard, PPS and Direct Bank Deposit

How is the process of credit card payment ?
If you pay by Visa, Master or PPS as payment method, you will be directed to PayDollar secure payment gateway system and you will enter your card details there. miosenso.com will not store any of your card information.

miosenso.com provides Verified by Visa service. It is a secure and easy-to-use service to protect you against fraud when settling payment online.

Verified by Visa enhances your existing Visa Card with a personal password of your choice. When you shop at miosenso.com, you have to enter the same password. It means that you are the only person to use your Visa Card online. It is the same way you would enter your PIN at an ATM. A protection is given to you.

If you have not registered this service, some basic personal information may have to be entered before passing the payment gateway successfully.

Please remember, do not close your browser immediately after the payment process. You will be directed back to our webpage and given an Order Number as a reference.

miosenso.com is wholly owned by HDJewellery Design Company Limited. All transactions completed on miosenso.com will be credited to the bank account of HDJewellery Design Company Limited. Your credit card will be debited by HDJewellery Design Company Limited with the related transaction amount

How is the process of bank transfer payment ?
Please deposit the total amount of order in our bank account as the following information:

Please fax the telegraphic transfer copy or bank deposit receipt to us at 852-2406-6886 with your order number. Once the payment is received, delivery will be arranged immediately.

After clicking the "Confirm" button, the order review process will be finished and you will receive an Order Number as a reference.

*Customer is responsible for all related transaction fee and handling fee.
*Your order will be cancelled automatically if we do not receive the payment within 3    working days.

How will my order be shipped? How long will the delivery take ?
For local delivery in Hong Kong, 1-3 working days will be taken for a door-to-door service, by the local courier of The Hong Kong Post. For international delivery, please allow 3-5 working days. Parcel will be delivered by The Speedpost, the international courier of the Hong Kong Post. Another option, FedEx Express, will be the international courier upon customer¡¦s special request.

How is the shipping charge ?
We are proud to offer free shipping on every order within Hong Kong. No matter how many and how much jewellery you purchase, door to door service will be arranged attentively.

Can I have two or more mailing address be delivered for one order ?
No, only one mailing address can be accepted for one order. Therefore, if you want to buy two or more products, and deliver them to two or more mailing addresses, please do the purchase in separated orders.

Can I have different addresses between billing & mailing ?
If you will not be home to sign for your order, mio senso can ship your order to your place of work, or another more convenient destination. As a security precaution to protect our customers against fraud, when you order merchandise priced HK$2000 or more to be delivered to a destination other than your billing address, we will confirm that your credit card or financing company has this alternate shipping address on file. To help expedite your order, simply call your issuing bank and provide them with your alternate shipping address.

Will The Speedpost/ Federal Express leave my package if nobody is there to sign for it ?
No. For the protection of your purchases, we require that all orders must be signed for at the time of delivery.
If you cannot be available, or have someone else available to sign for your package, you can have it shipped to your local post office or FedEx location, so that you can sign for and pick it up at your leisure.

Is there duties/ VAT charged online ?
No, we do not charge any duties/ VAT online. Various of countries, duties, taxes or VAT (value- added tax) may be levied. Please check with your local customs for details.

What could delay my order ?
All orders must be authorized by your credit card company and pass address verification, prior to completing your order. If your order is declined by your credit card company, we will notify you by sending you an email or letter.
Orders requiring ring sizing take up to 3 days to complete. You will be notified of status changes on your order by email or you can check your order status online.

How can I return or exchange an unwanted item ?
If for any reason you aren't satisfied, you can return any item without custom engraving, in its original condition with the mylar label intact and within 14 days of the date of shipment for a refund or an exchange. It's that simple.

** A refund is made on the produc's invoice amount excluding shipping cost

**A handling fee (HK$35 for local order or 5% of the invoice amount for international order)     will be charged upon the full refund amount

**All procedures listed in Return Policy are applicable to the case of an Exchange too. An
   exchange is only accepted for the same product. You may ship it to us via any carrier.
   The responsibilities of shipping cost and this shipment's security are at your side.
   According to the advice of our Quality Assurance Dept, if any quality problem is originally    created on the product before it is delivered to your door, we will send a replacement
   back to you free, at our choice of courier.
